It is important for educators, to be mentors and facilitators and while planning for the pedagogical goals, they must ask questions like “What skills will my students need twenty to fifty years from now?” This foresight is extremely crucial for empowering our students with the skills of collaboration, creativity, communication, critical thinking resilience, empathy and civic consciousness towards the society. Research has proven that these 21st century skills not only help students to get success in their career but also empowers them to lead happier, healthier lives.
